DP5301DAA integrates a 45mΩ power NMOS, built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, built-in high-precision charge/discharge overcurrent detection circuits, supports external NTC temperature sensor, and is a protection IC suitable for single-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries.

Overcharge detection voltage: 4.28V ± 0.05V

Overcharge release voltage: 4.08V ± 0.05V

Overdischarge detection voltage: 2.8V ± 0.05V

Overdischarge release voltage: 3.0V ± 0.1V

Discharge over - current detection current: 1.5A ± 0.3A

Charge over - current detection current: - 1.5A ± 0.3A

Load short - circuit detection current: 10 - 12A

Supports over - temperature protection function (external NTC configuration required)

The delay time is realized by the built - in circuit (no external capacitor needed).

It has the function of charging a 0V battery.

It has a sleep function.

Low quiescent current:

Typical value in normal operation state: 0.65μA

Maximum value in low - power state: 30mA

      Wide operating temperature range: - 40°C to + 85°C
