The DP100XXD3 is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch that integrates an N-channel power MOS, suitable for isolated synchronous rectification applications. It is especially suitable for high-efficiency scenarios in chargers and is compatible with both DCM (Discontinuous Conduction Mode) and QR (Quasi-Resonant) modes.

The DP100XXD3 uses a proprietary self-powered method for power supply, allowing flexible placement at either the positive or negative output terminal. When placed at the positive terminal, no additional auxiliary winding is required.

• In CC mode, it can support an output voltage as low as 3V (self - powered)
